The All-Star Baseball Clinic is a Signature Program of the Foundation. It introduces young boys and girls to baseball. They participate in baseball skill stations with CC and other baseball experts.
Amber and CC's PitCCh In Foundation undertook a large-scale renovation of the Vallejo High School baseball field at Patterson Park. In appreciation for this work, the field was named in honor of CC.
Each year, Amber and CC return to their alma mater, Vallejo High School. The VHS Baseball Bash is the annual fundraiser for the baseball team.

Margie Sabathia-Lanier presented 3,000 back to school backpacks filled with school supplies to all 1st and 2nd graders in the Vallejo City Unified School District and made a special visit to Mare Island School.
Amber and CC Sabathia presented 2,000 back to school backpacks filled with school supplies to students at PS 106 and the Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Justice Practice in the Bronx.
Amber and CC Sabathia hosted a holiday party for 52 kids from the Columbus Clubhouse of the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club in the Bronx. Kids enjoyed various activities including Karaoke, games, and a presentation by an illusionist, as well as were treated to a buffet dinner and gift bags for all. In appreciation for the special dance routines, Amber and CC presented a $5,000 donation to the Dance Program.
Amber and CC Sabathia renovated the Recreation Room at the Florence Douglas Senior Center in Vallejo, CA that included: a new 60” flat screen TV, Blue Ray & DVD player, pool table, leather couch and 20 new chairs.
Amber and CC Sabathia took 17 teens on a trip into San Francisco that included a buffet dinner and bowling at Mission Bowling Lanes and a shopping spree at Niketown.
Amber and CC Sabathia hosted a Baby Shower at Youth and Family Services in Vallejo, CA and provided 6 expectant mothers much needed gifts including strollers, car seats, high chairs and a Babys R Us gift cards.
Amber and CC Sabathia hosted a holiday party for over 30 children at Kaiser Hospital that included a special performance by Disney’s Choo Choo Soul with Genevieve Goings & Constantine “DC” Abramson and gifts for all.
