Over 19 MLB seasons, CC exemplified excellence, resilience, and leadership, earning recognition as a six-time All-Star, Cy Young Award winner, and World Series Champion. His legacy continues off the field through the work of the PitCh In Foundation, which he co-founded with his wife Amber to enrich the lives of underserved youth and uplift communities through education and opportunity.

We are excited to honor CC Sabathia's outstanding Hall of Fame career and celebrate his remarkable achievements both on and off the field.
